We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and the food was good. The hotel is located near the pier (easy to get to luggage drop off and pier for cruise) and main shopping/restaurant area.

This area was far enough away from city center but close enough to walk to ensure peace and quiet. The staff were amazing and helpful and very responsive. The room was large and spacious but the heat is turned up high that it makes the room very dry and hot.

A beautiful city with mind blowing views.As with the Hotel the City is built on very steep hills so would exclude certain groups of people. If you’re fit and able definitely worth a visit . 😎

Front desk can feel a little reserved at times yet very helpful when needed. Place can use a little maintenance repair yet pleased for the rate you pay. I would consider staying there again.

beautiful hotel big room but no luggage keep room

pro: The hotel is beautiful. Room is big. Safebox and shower are good. Walking distance to city center and major sights. con: They don't have room to keep luggage. If arrive early or leave late, luggage need to be in lobby corridor. The corridor they told me to use can't be seen by front desk people. Shower water suddently very hot or suddently cold. Although it is walking distance, it is up hill walk for 4 or 5 blocks.

Hotel ótimo, quarto limpo e ótimas roupas de cama. Equipe simpática e nota 10. O único ponto que precisam ter atenção é que, se estiverem a pé por Ushuaia, o hotel fica na parte alta. Para quem dificuldade de locomoção pode ser um problema, mas a vista lá de cima é maravilhosa.

Bom, mas precisa melhorar o café.

Hotel razoavelmente perto da Av San Martin, a principal de Ushuaia. Com 8 minutos de caminhada você alcança. O café da manhã é apenas razoável, perto dos hotéis de mesma categoria que fiquei na Argentina. Todo dia, a mesma comida. Faltou frutas e uma maior variedade de pães. Também precisa melhorar o blackout dos quartos.
