Could have been awesome ... So much potential ...
I wanted to like this place. So many good aspects but they just were not quite on track, plus they missed some basics. No peephole in the door? Bad because although the front building door has a cypher lock, you can come straight in the back door with no security and access the stairs, or just use the elevator (located outside in the courtyard area?) Not clean. Had hair in my toilet and on the shower wall. Dirty towel hanging on a hook. Garbage and recycling needed to be emptied prior to my arrival. Washing machine required me to YouTube operational videos. Volume on TV remote inoperable, and btw no international or world business news channels despite satellite - come on, just give a traveler something to watch to stay connected. Worst was the lack of communication. No response to any of my contacts. Again, the place is new and modern, but it is obviously part of a bigger company and everything is handled remotely, which they bungled. AND no dryer but a washing machine - in a rainy and humid area? Drying rack worthless. Really lame that they hit you with unexpected terms and conditions only after you sign in the dotted line for a nonrefundable room, and that you need to download their app for full usage. Hotel was very keen on gaining up charges for items with little to no value - not even a worthwhile breakfast partnership with a solid option for a meal. And no coffee maker. Too hyped on making money, not enough value, despite having the potential to be great.
