The hotel is very very worn out with dilapidated facilities. Some amenities were cringe worthy, and adding to this was mould, stains n broken appliances. To top it up, the service was inconsistent, not meeting minimum hospitality standards . The saving grace was the good breakfast spread n helpful staff.

The best thing about the Chulan is the location and parking. Our room was quite tired and could use a bit of TLC. The outlet in the kitchenette did not work. There was a white substance on the love seat and carpet that housekeeping had not addressed. Black mold around the outtake vent for the air conditioning was quite visible not to mention the mold patches in one corner of the room. Even though the hotel was busy our room was relatively quiet. We do like the Chulan but it would be nice if more of the rooms had a bit of a refresh.

Great hotel not far from Petronas Towers

Great hotel just a short walk from Petronas towers and the nearest MRT station. Room was great for the price we paid. Lots of space and a big bathroom. The pool at the hotel was fantastic and breakfast was really good.
