"Exceptional service truly pet friendly and spotless I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Flat Iron Hotel. From the moment we arrived the service was impeccable and every staff member was warm attentive and genuinely courteous. What really stood out was the treatment of my dog. They went above and beyond to make him feel welcome and comfortable which means everything to me as a pet owner. This is true pet friendly hospitality done right. The hotel itself was spotless beautifully maintained and thoughtfully run. You can tell there is real pride in the level of service and care provided. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Asheville especially if you are traveling with a furry companion. I will absolutely be back."
