Room was adequately clean and staff were on the whole great. There is one particularly moody waiter in the evening but this is our second stay at Diva. They recently changed from à la carte for dinner which gave more variety but none of the meals were hot enough. The Buffet was almost always cold and not replenished very quickly. If you get there late the steak etc will be gone. Management are very helpful and friendly, we stayed for two weeks and had upset stomach a few times despite not eating out and not drinking alcohol.
The standard has dropped a bit since last year but the location is exceptional.
We would still come back but would probably skip the evening meals in general.
