The staff was great! Everyone was very courteous and helpful. The room was very quiet. Everything would have been perfect, except for the bed. It was very hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were all very flat. We stayed for 4 nights and did not get a full night's sleep the entire time due to being uncomfortable.
