Really good Japanese style hotel. Stays come with breakfast and dinner. They also have a public bath and sauna which i didnt have time to use. Amenities are basic.

The hot spring bath was very nice. It was interesting that women needed to get the key for the bath from the front desk, but men can just use the room key. For me, the bed was a little stiff, but my partner enjoyed it. The hotel is convenient that it is very close to the station.

No check in until after 4 pm ! The rooms are tiny ( I know Japanese hotel rooms can be small but these were tiny even my Japanese travelers mentioned it ) bathroom even smaller - 300+ rooms only two elevators long waits - breakfast was good

Good location for Shinkansen

Good location, 10 minute walk from the station so ideal for getting around the city. Hotel was clean and comfortable. I inadvertently booked a smoking room and it couldn’t be changed so just be aware. Staff were friendly. Only downside was the luggage storage was full so just had to leave cases in the lobby (but all was ok)

小さい子供も含めての宿泊でしたが添い寝の子供の場合タオルや浴衣が有料でした。夕食付きなのは嬉しいのですが量がたくさんでサラダバーまで付いていたので、その辺りを減らしてもいいからタオルは人数分欲しいなと思いました。

お得感ハンパない

古いと思って覚悟して行ったら、思ったよりずっと綺麗でした。この値段で朝食だけでなく夕食まで無料。お部屋の広さも問題ない。駅からも近いし、駅の反対側へも行きやすい立地。お安いビジネスホテルにたまにある加齢臭のようなニオイもなく快適。フロントも感じが良い。狭いけれど大浴場もある。 マイナス点は、すぐ近くにコンビニやレストランなどが少ないこと。チェックインが16時で荷物の預かりは保管ではなく単なる放置で良ければ…という条件。禁煙が空いていなくて喫煙ルームだったのだけれど前の人の吸ったタバコの灰がそのまま灰皿に残っていたこと。

Very nice hotel next to the station with understanding staff. You also have free meal (supper or breakfast). Hotel has seen years and it shows at some places, but nothing worrying or disturbing. I would book there again.
