Room as pictured on the booking site. Perfect location downtown. Clean. Nice little kitchen for doing a bit of personal cooking. Everything we could have asked for. Old building so footsteps did travel from the apartment above, but it was still really quiet, and we did not hear any "noise from nearby club" as listed in other reviews.

Facilité d'accès pour entrer avec les différents codes. Très sécuritaire. Appartement charmant et bien décoré. Nous avons eu un peu de difficultés à ouvrir la première fois er avons très facilement cintacté le numéro donné où on mous a répondu immédiatement ! Très courtois et professionnel. Je recomnande ces logements. Propres, charmants, très bien situés et sécuritaires. Tout y est pour un séjour réussi!

Awesome hotel

Awesome hôtel -appartment . The hôtel is situated near a lot restaurants and bar and pretty much everything !! It had everything to cook meals . The space was clean and bigger than I expected . Had a problem with door but when i called I had immediatly someone to help me . I would stay here again for sure .

This was clean and tidy with a decent kitchen. The furniture was not comfortable for lounging, but the bed was. Some city noise at night but nothing we couldn’t sleep through.

I received a full refund my for stay through expedia. On check in our unit was not clean and it seemed as though someone had access to the unit based on the disarray in the room. The property did not return any of my calls, messages or text when we checked in. We ended up finding another place to stay.

Some of lights don't work. The light in the hall flickers like in a slasher movie. The comforter and bedding is down and it is summer. We about sweat to death. Large scratches on door. Closet doesn't shut. Divider panels are broken. Not a bad experience. More of a "meh" experience.

What was great: 1. unique and interesting decor (we stayed in an Asian-inspired room with educational facts about the contribution of Chinese settlers to Victoria-fantastic), 2. fairly well-appointed supplies, 3. full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge and stove, 4. laundry facilities right in the bedroom was handy, 5. Immediate and courteous response from management when issues arose (we had a bit of trouble with the door code which was fixed right away). What could be improved: 1. only available A/C was a unit in bedroom & we were there during an unseasonably warm spell, so it was quite hot in the living area & kitchen. 2. We ran out of toilet paper during our stay and contacted management, who assured us it would be replenished; several hours later, still nothing so we had to ask again. Not a big deal but an avoidable inconvenience. Overall, a good budget option but not sure we'd return, to be honest.
