I stay here every time I come to Aberdeen on business. It's a good and reliable hotel. This time though the bed was not the usual standard. In an Executive room there is usually a very comfortable super king bed; this time it was a double with a less good mattress. Not sure what's going on here as one would expect that the same class of room in the same hotel would have identical facilities.

Check in and out online were both faultless. Room was clean and kept that way during our stay. Friendly staff and good selection of food for breakfast. Nice bar area for drinks, coffee and meals.
