Great apartment, without a lot of fuss or glamour. Location is excellent, near U stations and shops and restaurants. There was a glitch with the registration procedure, but they took care of it quickly.

Great little apartment in a perfect location. Very central and close to lots of great restaurants, bars, shopping. Train station is just a 2 minute walk. Checking in was a bit annoying…the check in office is a 20 minute walk from the hotel.

I expected better

Checking in was very very bad. I did not receive the access code even though I registered through the official website. When I contacted them, they were not helpful and did not speak English. I waited in front of the building for 3 hours waiting to check in. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was very bad.

Great location and room, check-in could be better

The Doorman has very nice rooms and an excellent location. The rooms were clean and there was a lot of space. However, the check-in process did not go well. There is no front desk so you have to collect your keys from a machine. Unfortunately our room had not been cleaned properly and so we then had to call to talk to someone who changed our room. This worked out fine in the end but was a bit of a hassle at the time.

The Doorman had a very comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen, great bathroom, air con and lovely balcony. Despite being in the city centre it was very quiet at night. The only issue, I was never sent access instructions and had to phone up! But I would definitely stay again.

Very nice room that is clean and well setup. Its a.bit small but it works. Very nice and well lit bathroom. Surprisingly quiet considering the accommodations are right in the old downtown area. Yhe ossue we had is that when you book thru expedia, you don't get the email to register online. We had to contact the hotel directly to help us get access to our room. They were very helpful vut hours of extra time were required to check in. Do not book this place thru Expedia!
