First room- I went to see had holes in the walls, next room I went TV didn't work, no shower curtain, and hair in the tub, next day maintenance came to put sealant in back of the toilet, and then smudged what they didn't use on the counter. All this could have been done prior to my booking or even after I checked out the next day, but the manager Candice made it must. TV - management ended up swapping the non-working TV out for an out of date TV that had no remote, when I inquired about the out of date TV with no remote, the front desk clerk informed me that there are buttons on the back of the TV. I informed her that their Customer service was out of date, too. Last piece of information first room had possibly MOLD! 😡
