It seems like your receptionist overbooked stays leaving us without the room we ordered a week ago unavailable. Her service was horrendous and disrespectful. Disappointed in the lack of empathy and astonished at her responses. Literally saw her sell several rooms in front of me. And our room was suddenly unavailable. She said yall start saving the rooms in the morning. We booked it a week in advance. I had young kids waiting and exhausted from out of town. I’m not sure how it wasn’t reserved for us when yall sure took our money for it a week prior. Alexandria is rude and doesn’t know customer care. Not one reasonable or logical explanation came out of her.
