The room was fine, I set the bar low and was not disappointed. If you’re looking for amenities, this is not your hotel. I was not, so that was also fine. If, however, you book through hotels.com for multiple nights and decide to check out early, don’t expect to receive a refund for those nights. I verified all these things at check-in and check out, and still got charged for all the nights in the booking. The motel manager says it’s on hotels.com to cover the refund, and hotels.com says it’s on the motel manager to refund. In the end, no one issued the refund. As long as you plan on staying the entire time, you likely won’t have any issues. But I didn’t, and it cost me a night.
