The family room I booked was described as having a 1 king bed, 1 twin and a twin sofa bed. When we arrived there was no sofa bed. So we didn’t have anywhere for our 12 year old to sleep. They offered us another room but there wasn’t really a proper bathroom in it only a shower curtain separating the toilet from the bedroom. In the end I had to pay for another room so we could all have somewhere to sleep. After all that our room had no hot water the entire time.

Ja, das Zimmer war gut aber, ich musste dusche mit kalten Wasser di ganze Woche lang. Sie haben ein komisches System. Die Lage ist gut, die Innenstadt ist einfach zu Fuß erreichbar. Der personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war MISERABEL, es gab rice, nudel mit ein bisschen Gemüse und pommes und manche Tage ein bisschen Würstchen . Alles komplett mit 0 Geschmack, hat total gefehlt diese asiatische Geschmack. War schade, man erwartet was anderes. Außerdem wir hatten frische Früchte und Eier (frisch zubereitet auf Wunsch), leider auch ohne salz.
