Hotel Suède was comfortable, clean ,had friendly staff and was excellently located in a very central part of nice close to really good, shops, restaurants and bars. It was also not far far from the harbour and close to all amenities. I thoroughly recommend this hotel

Stayed here two nights. It was amazing. Very clean and comfortable. Great location too. One min walk from the promenade/beach. Surrounded by all types of cafe and restaurant options. I would love to come to Nice again (probably not when it's 40+ degrees though lol), and if i do, i would definitely stay at this hotel again. Receptionists were very friendly and accommodating.

Absolutely amazing location, so close to the beach. We had a small balcony to sit on in the evening and look out at the busy streets and stunning architecture. The staff at Hotel Suede were very kind and helpful, gave us tips about where to eat and what to see. I think Nice is the best place I’ve ever visited, and this was a very affordable hotel to stay at. Will definitely recommend this location to friends and be back again!

Location is great. Room was crowded. I couldn’t pull out desk chair to sit and no outlets remotely by the beds. One outlet oddly halfway wall in entryway and the only other outlet was at desk for lamp. For a room designed to sleep 3, that’s not enough outlets. Just heads up

I have mixed feelings: Positive: good location; nice staff Negative: if you get a room over the street of the restaurants (like us Room 215), it's extremely loud; the wi-fi signal is so weak, that it's not working in the room; very few AC power plug in. I'm not sure if I would book here again.

The property was clean and centrally located. I thought some of the fixtures and fittings were tired and felt the price of our room €200 a night was expensive. We had a ‘window’ that opened into a light shaft which was covered in cigarette butts and no real natural light. I imagine a better stay if you have an outward facing room.

Great location in the heart of Nice. The rooms are ok but slightly worn. The rooms also vary significantly in size. Really good breakfast! And I save the best until last: service level and attitude is super. The staff in the reception alone will make me return. They helped out in a great way.
