Hotel is clean, friendly personel, beds and pillows are hard for my liking. Rooms and beds are cleaned every day. The only downside are that the doors are mostly glass and you can hear every single noise.I think they need to charge the doors to make Rooms more private

Not all rooms have A/C. I made the mistake and reserved a simple room. After the first night the front desk was able to change us to a Deluxe room with A/C. The deluxe rooms also have a more comfortable bed. We will stay again next time we come to this city.

The only nice thing about this hotel is the location it’s on the center of the plaza and you can just walk around no need to drive because there’s no parking or parking in the streets are putty hectic.

The hotel looked nice- almost like an hacienda vibe. However, the room was smaller than expected, and the front door was see-through and a curtain was used for more privacy. The location is in the middle of the centro which was convenient but right next door was a cantina so a lot people were coming in and out which made it noisy and hard to sleep
