I enjoyed staying here. Great view of the ocean from the room. There was one incident of getting stuck in the elevator, but the staff got maintenance on it quickly. I was out within minutes. Didn’t have that issue at all the rest of my stay. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The location is great and the staff is amazing. The rooms are old and in need of renovations; examples, bathroom door wouldn’t close, bathroom vent fan broken, and bathroom light switch only worked every 5th attempt. If you only plan on taking a shower and sleeping in the room then this place is perfect. With this price point you can expect the dank aroma of weed if you are trying to relax on the balcony….they did put it out when asked.

This was my second year in a row staying here for a few days in May before Memorial day. I love the location down from the crowded beaches, but close enough to hit the restaurants and amenties Panama City has to offer. The rooms are clean and spacious. I traveled solo at the last minute, but had a 2 queen bed room facing the ocean. I didn't use the pool, but it was clean and well appointed as well. I love that there is beach chair service right in front, so every morning I had a 2 chairs and an umbrella ready to go as soon as I stepped onto the beach (This is a paid service not through the hotel but right there!). Can't ask for anything more than affordabilty, cleanliness, a helpful staff and a beautiful beach.
