Key in seperate place. No help in motel. Accom large space. Very thin internal door seperating rooms - allowing noise to come in. Great block out curtains on window but not above the front door which flooded the room with light from outside.

Decent hotel and had all the requirements, tidy, clean and quiet. Good parking underground. Just be mindful that you need to collect your keys/cards from another site which is about 5mins around the corner. Otherwise good for a short term stay.

staff were good, no where on the hotel website does it mention you pick up the keys from one location then have to drag your bags 500 meters down the road cross the busiest road in town to get to your room. Sadly the sound insulation between rooms seems poor, we listened to our neighbours talking most of the night. Not the staffs fault but the owners should do better

One night stay

Spacious room with full kitchen! Great bathroom! Lovely shower, huge bed, quiet heat pump, minimal - zero road noise. Over the road from Pak n Save. Easy check-in at their sister motel. Friendly, helpful reception.

Second visit, room didn’t have a breakfast bar, but did have a wet bathroom. Was clean and comfortable however was right beside external air conditioners units so a bit noisy. Internet lagged quite a bit so was annoying trying to watch movies but love everything else

Very clean and tidy room, recently updated by the looks of things. Bed very comfortable, good shower, great little kitchen. Opposite Pak n Save, very handy to most facilities in Hamilton. Couldn’t get radiator or towel rail to work, but heat pump was great. Would stay there again.

Fantastic room. Was huge and very clean. Right across the road from pak n save and bp next door. I didn't realize that there were no staff on site there so had to go up the road to check in. Bit different but really happy with the room and price. Will Def stay here again.

Be prepared: there is no reception at this location. You have to pick up keys a few blocks away. We stayed two non-consecutive nights. First night was quiet. Second night there was some sort of alarm next door that did not stop. We suspect that somebody lives there semi permanently.
