Kusursuz bir deneyim

Otel meydana yürüme mesafesinde olmasına rağmen sokağı çok sakin sessiz ve huzurluydu. Çevre duyarlılıkları, güneş panelleri ve özellikle elektrikli araç şarj istasyonu bulunması çok hoşumuza gitti. Odalar çok konforlu, banyo tertemizdi. Çalışan herkesin güleryüzü ve yardımseverliği için de teşekkür ederiz. Hayvanseverliğiniz için de ayrıca teşekkürler 😻 Urlaya geldiğimizde bundan sonra her zaman tercihimiz Kuca ailesi olacak✨

Güleryüzlü hizmet, kaliteli otel

Otel ve oda dizayn, dekorasyon olarak çok iyi. Biz çatı katında kaldık çok iyi tasarlanmıştı. Malzeme kalitesi epey iyi Küçük bir bölgesel temizlik ihmali vardı, hızlıca gereğini yaptılar sorunsuz kullandık odamızı. Resepsiyondaki hanımefendi son derece güleryüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Otel sahibi olduğunu düşündüğüm beyefendi de güleryüzlü karşıladı bizi. Konumu Urla'da olabilecek en iyilerden biri. Son derece memnun kaldık, tekrar ziyaret etmeyi isteriz.

Yeni bir otel güler yüzlü hizmet verildi fakat ekonomi odalarının bodrum katta olduğunu sonradan öğrendik ve balkon gibi olan kısmı çok kirliydi tuvalet kapısı kapanmıyordu hijyen konusunda eksiklikleri vardı

In simple word “outstanding”. New hotel, clean, practical, with very warm hearted people working and managing the property. It’s very close to the old city and also provides bikes which can be used throughout your stay. It was our first time visiting Urla and I am returning with my soul filled with the hospitality and kindness of the people living in it. Everything was so natural. Do not hesitate to book this property, you’ll certainly not regret it. The hotel is brand new and therefore everything smells new :) Kudos to all the team: Cetin, Funda, Rasit and all the others whom I don’t recall their names
