靠近海邊，適合家庭，很舒服。但窗戶下大雨時小滲水，櫥櫃霉味嚴重。

櫥櫃黴味很重，尤其是主臥室的櫃子。雖然house keeper很努力打掃，一切都很乾淨。整個房子中，廚房和浴室的櫃子一打開都是滿滿霉味。

Die Unterkunft ist gut, aber hat eine laute Klimaanlage (musste sie ausschalten in der Nacht). Pool ist vorhanden, aber sieht nicht schön aus. Auf der einen Seite sind die Parkplätze und auf der anderen Seite die Strasse - rundherum oben die Apartments. Location ist gut.

It was good, just the AC was hot, and it might be small for a whole apartment, but we slept in the living room close to the AC, and that improved everything. Other than that, it was amazing!

We loved the small unit we got. Everything worked great, we had everything we needed, the bed was great, AC unit worked great plus there were extra fans so the airflow we enjoyed was excellent. It was really a nice stay.

The view was absolutely gorgeous. Loved sitting on the deck overlooking the ocean and watching the surfers and sunset. The downtown was so cute! Downfall, there wasn't an air conditioner but this made for doors open and hearing the waves while laying in bed so it ended up being enjoyable.

Good stay and the waves were calming. Can’t beat the ocean view. One note is that we noticed the parking permit request slips were overfilled in the mailbox. It seems many people before us also crammed their slips in. We forgot to put up our parking permit one night. When we went to our rental the follow morning we flew out, we had a green warning label on the driver side window that was difficult to take off. Our stay was great up until that point. It made us wonder if that request slip we submitted had made it to management at all. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Kona Bali Kai felt like a home away from home. All ammenities were in the room, including dishware and laundry. There were no added costs and the ocean was 50 yards away. The pool and hot tub were never busy, and locals and residents were great!

I booked this place but once I got to the front desk to check in,I found out that the unit DID NOT have air conditioning, therefore, I had to book another place to stay. So, I paid for a unit that I did not even stay in. A loss of money ! S. Jackson

Overall, the property was excellent. Clean, comfy bed, good amenities (fully equipped kitchen with everything you need), quiet neighbors, free parking, pool, and easy access to public transportation if you don’t rent your own vehicle. It does have a rather bad drain fly problem. They were everywhere in the apartment. I ended up buying fly tape which did help a lot but they were still everywhere. This however, wouldn’t stop me from renting again. For the price I paid to get what we got with this place, it was well worth it.

Hidden little gem

Don’t let the exterior look of the property fool you. Once inside the condo you’re home! Comfortable and spacious. The view from our condo was simply stunning!

Great location, nice pool. Just by the sea, splendid spot for watching sunset. The unit is a bit on the older side, some aspect would need a bit of love. We left a list on the countertop for them to fix. A/C is enough for the kitchen and living room area but not for the bedroom which was very warm. It is well equipped. The bedding is sufficient for a family of four but only two counter stools for dinner. Overall, we were ok with the rental but I feel the price was a bit steep for what we got.

The location was great, but the parking was not adequate because you could only park in unreserved stalls, which were limited. And there were days that we returned to our room but there were not unreserved stalls available to park in. The parking didn't accommodate us on some days throughout our stay.
