This was my and my family's second time staying at this location, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. All of the staff are SO friendly and courteous. The rooms were very clean, and anything that we were lacking, the front desk was more than willing to accommodate. Very pleasant stay and interactions that my family and I are growing accustomed to.

I always enjoy this Element hotel, friendly,bery nice staff, professional, cleanliness is extremely important to me. Even this time I used the laundry room and I was impressed, it also was clean, my only suggestion would be to put better signs so when guest use the dryers they clean the lint traps also the area to add detergent can stand a cleaning but otherwise, all is always awesome!!! My family and I stayed here for three nights, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel was peaceful and relaxing, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special mention goes to the sweet older lady who prepared the breakfast each morning — she was so kind, and the food was absolutely outstanding! It was such a wonderful way to start each day. I honestly don’t understand why this place has bad reviews online, because our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable — we will definitely be back!

It's a nice hotel, my coworker and i booked because of the 9 of 10 start rating, but I feel that's very old rating. Overall a good start, but the room has wall damage, chipped and damaged furniture, and loose outlets. It's probably time for an update at this property.
