南茂宜的高性价比住宿

因为想好住在基黑所以选择这家。是在夏威夷住过的最好的。位置方便，离机场15分钟足矣，再往南开2公里就有超市和购物点；所有东西一应俱全，可以自己做饭、洗衣服；过马路就是海滩；热水池泡泡，超有度假感觉。全家都很满意~

Loved the location. 3 night stay. Travel to Haleakalea and Hana were easy to do. Lots of food and ahoppi g optins near by. Front desk ladies were very friendly. We had a room facing pool and beach. Overall great stay Nice size bed and kitchen well.equipped.

The rooms are comfy and has a kitchen with basic needs. The beach area is a bit rough. The biggest issue is that the rooms don't have A/C. So if outside is 90F inside is 90F and so on. It can get pretty hot inside. I would not recommended to anyone if you are looking to cool of after a day at the beach

Nice grounds, beautiful views, friendly staff. It would have been nice if they had items like snorkel gear, coolers, beach chairs etc. for the guest to use. Also coffee should be complimentary and provided at check in for each day of stay. Other than that it was a very nice place. Would definitely recommend for a budget friendly place to stay.

The exterior upon arrival looked a little shabby but the unit is great inside. The pool area is beautiful and perfect temps on the pool and hot tub. The lack of AC was fine if you don’t mind the warm balmy weather. The fans work great as well as a nice breeze from the ocean. The rooster will start crowing as early as 5 am and didn’t stop. Since the windows have to be open for ventilation you get to hear the rooster and all of the other noises like garbage trucks, delivery trucks, kids screaming at the pool, etc. It would be an amazing hotel if only they had AC!

This timeshare was very dirty. There is nobody to communicate with at the front desk and when you call nobody answers. As you pull in there are mattresses stacked outside. Our first night there my son had a cockroach in his bed. There is no air conditioning and I couldn’t tell if there were bed bugs or not but with it so dirty we will be taking all precautions. The only positive I will give is it is right across from the ocean, has a beautiful view if your on the upper floors and the ocean breeze cools it off.

I was surprised to find that the condos don’t have air conditioning BUT the winds off the ocean did a great job of keeping the temps reasonable. I loved the location of this property - it was away from the normal tourist bustle and traffic, and the beach across the street was mostly empty for my entire stay! The pool at the condos was the perfect temperature to cool off after sunning on the beach and it was also never crowded. I will definitely stay here again!

Yes there is no AC but for my family this was not an issue. The windows open and on the 6th floor the breeze was always coming through and was comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and friendly. I would recommend staying as this is just a place to sleep and come home too from being out all day enjoying Maui's beauty.
