Tons of amenities, affordable, family friendly

Nice enough room! Not luxury but spacious, with modern styling, and kept clean. We had the king suite with king sized bed, couch and coffee table, and the jetted tub in the back corner. The tub was nice to relax in. I’m plus sized and my fiancé is 6’5” - we each fit in with enough room for hips and long legs, and deep enough to have water to the shoulders. Room had a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee station, ice bucket w/ lid, with a safe, 2 fluffy robes, hair dryer. Our room was at the end of a hall, just across from the elevator so it was quick and easy to come and go. Having an ice machine and digital vending machine on our floor also next to the elevator was convenient. Pool and hot tub looked nice, was very busy and packed, so we didn’t use, just stuck to the tub in our room. The breakfast buffet was awesome! It was so nice to walk in and see all the continental basics (toast, bagels, muffins, with butter/cheese/hard boiled eggs/fresh fruit/yogurt cups) and a cereal station next to the coffee and juice stations, but also the hot station with scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, sausages and bacon - was great. There was something for everyone and it was a great setup with the dining area right there. The cleaning staff walking about and the desk staff were also very friendly and welcoming to us, always asking how we were and if we needed anything. Which you don’t really see anymore, so that was also nice. They seem like they have a solid team at this place

Top-Notch Service and Comfort

I had an excellent stay at Service Inn & Suites in Calgary! From the moment I checked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very attentive to details, making sure I had everything I needed. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities that made my stay relaxing and convenient. The location is great—close to everything I needed while still being quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast was fresh, well-prepared, and offered a good variety. I also appreciated the little touches like the clean, inviting lobby and the friendly service at every interaction. Overall, Service Inn & Suites exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Calgary, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Excellent Hotel with poor in betwee days cleaning

Room is very clean on Day 1, front desk staff is super nice and friendly. Complimentary breakfast is good! The only problem is, they don’t make your beds in between your stay, neither change the towels or refill the shampoo or soap bar. So you may end up lacking essentials if you don’t bring your own.

All is good, except the breakfast is not much, by 9am, the scrambled eggup to 9am. I asked the staff and said her colleague are still cooking. I waited till 9:45 but she didn’t refill. Also the towel provided 3 for 4 people that booked. Thanks.

Staff was very pleasant from checking in at the front desk to the staff in the breakfast room in the morning. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and quiet, water pressure was excellent in the shower. The pool was fun the kids the only downside was if someone went down the slide the pool is smaller and caused a big wave over the littles

Stay was really good. Had to come for 3 nights so it was nice to find something that had pool hot tub waterslide and breakfast for that price point. The bed and pillows were comfortable, room was decent a little dated but clean and had what we needed. The breakfast was a bit chaotic as it was absolutely packed no tables to sit at. Tried to enjoy the hot tub but there were rowdy teens sliding in groups down the slide and absolutely soaking the hot tub patrons. Would go back though, especially if we needed a weeknight visit.
