The front desk staff was very friendly and spoke great English. They were very helpful and even allow us to keep our bags there after we checked out for a while. The bed was mediocre, not bad. Breakfast was the typical European hotel buffet, the fresh warm croissants were a highlight. The location of the hotel was very convenient to get to the Vatican, the pantheon, and the Trevi fountain. Great location—a little dated

The place was very small and not accommodating for larger people. Short doorways and narrow stairs. I found the room had a strange smell, but was overall clean. Coffee at breakfast was wonderful. The ac didn’t work very well, but it was extremely hot outside. The location was perfect and next door to this cool bookshop and tiramisu place! Piazza Navona is beautiful. It sufficed for myself and my son, but definitely would’ve been too small for 2 adults. We got a room with two twin beds.
