I didn't like the bed, I complained to the hotel staff and they promised to take care of the matter, but because my stay was short the matter was not taken care of. Overall a very good experience

One of the highlights was how smoothly they arranged our airport transportation — it took a lot of stress out of our travel plans and showed their commitment to excellent service. The hotel itself was clean, cozy, and conveniently located, making it a perfect base for exploring Jordan. Helpful staff and comfortable hotel

This place was great - I stayed here before and after a trip to Petra and the staff kindly kept my luggage safe in between. Location is close to the bus station and abut 40 mins easy walk to the Citadel. Breakfast was varied and dinner was also good. The spa downstairs is a nice touch
