The room was basic, older, but clean. The reason for the three stars is the beds. They were little better than sleeping on the floor, so incredibly hard and you could feel every spring, no matter which way you lay. The staff was excellent

Yall (Expedia) overbooked me & 5 people at this place so I couldn’t stay there. This was the worst experience I have ever had. There was no place for us. The people at Branson King Resort were very nice & helpful to get a refund for me thru Expedia.com.

It didn't start out good but it ended great. The first room we got half the stuff in the room didn't work and we had a guy that would not stop knocking on our door so 20min in the room we decided we are going to a different hotel. The front desk lady helped has much has she could but they upgraded my room and it was in a different building from the first room. Wife loves the room and she felt safe in it with 3 kids with us.
