Super easy check in, digital key access, check out and free baggage storage. Clean room, great area of lisbon. Only complaint was the pullout sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable! Other than that it was all great and as expected.

The property was clean, maintained, and in walking distance from shopping and dining options. Parking was about a 10min walk away which was ok, but found AC unit difficult to work properly. Overall it was a good experience.

The check in took a bit of time because it was a self checking in, but our stay was wonderful overall and no complains at all. The most important thing is that my family was comfortable with our time there including the fact that the hotel is close to transit options and food choices. The property is beautiful and very clean. The air conditioning is loud and if you turn it off you need to open the window in which case you won’t be able to sleep because of the noisy street (restaurant and bars around the corner). Would have been nice if it would have been mentioned prior booking maybe.
