Staff and accommodations very nice. Free laundry. Only confusion was check in and line up for food in same door. Stayed in food line for short bit and then asked for check in. Even though very busy a staff showed us everything.

We’re staying in a shared room with multiple beds today. The hostess was very thoughtful and prepared an empty bed for us to place our luggage. There are several eateries and snack shops nearby, and parking is quite convenient. Unlike the crowded city, this area is calm and spacious, with pleasantly mild weather—perfect for unwinding and relaxing.

Nice, clean, although it is a shared room with a bed, it’s good enough space & comfortable, the mattress is nice for me and i was sleep well too. They also provide towel, Muji cleansing oil & moisturiser. When i asked Onsen recommendation, they recommended two places, which is so good. The bus stop is on walking distance, the bike rental just opposite to the bus stop. So it’s so perfect place for me to stay in The Toya.

Overall is good

Very convenient and strategy location . Credit to washer and dryer . However the kitchen curry smell was way to strong that even room inside somehow is affected . Ventilation shall be improved .

Must stay here if you’re in Toya.

A really clean hostel that provided a clean set of towels and toothbrush set. There’s a curtain for each bed so I had privacy. Even if it’s full house, there was ample space for luggage. There’s a comfy lounge area with water dispenser for me to chill. Don’t forget to try the curry rice. It was exceptionally good and slightly different from the regular Japanese curry. Toya lake was just across the street and the famous Waseimo store was right in front of The Toya. Two combi stores nearby if you like to get snacks.

대학생 때 MT 다녀 온 느낌이었음. 딱 잠만 잘 수 있는 공간이었음. 그래도 스텝들 아주 친절했고 깔끔하고 깨끗했음. 세면실에 세면대 3개 있고 샤워실은 2개 있어서 전혀 불편함이 없었음. 화장실이 하나인 건 살짝 불편했음. 모든 비품들이 깔끔하고 어메니티도 좋았음. 방음이 다소 아쉬웠지만 크게 불편하지는 않았음. 도야호 바로 앞에 위치해 있어서 좋았음. 방에 난방이 되는 에어컨디셔너가 있는데 엄청 따뜻하지는 않았음. 소음이 컸음. 1층 식당에서 먹은 수프카레와 감자튀김이 아주 맛있었음. 키오스크로 주문하기 때문에 현금결제는 안되고 카드결제만 가능했음. 주차는 건물 우측에 있는 공터에 하면 됨. 비가 와서 아스팔트가 아닌 흙길이 다소 불편했음. 좁지만 전반적으로 이쁘고 깔끔하고 갖출 건 다 갖춘 숙소였음. 스텝들도 아주 친절해서 좋았음.

同室者のいびきがひどくて、耳栓しても眠れず、他の日は他部屋の人の生活音が大きくて眠れず。壁が薄いのかもしれませんが、他の宿泊客で評価はかわるかと思います。ただ立地は洞爺湖近くて花火見るにも良いですし、散歩もしやすく、清潔さはあり音以外は快適でした。

責任者の男性が親切。日帰り温泉ホテル近い。食べるところが少ない。日曜ほとんど休みだった。セイコーマートで買って食べた方が良い。セコマ便利。

近くの温泉宿がいっぱい取れなかったのでこちらに宿泊。インバウンド価格なのかコスパがとても悪い。部屋に案内してくれたスタッフは良かったが他のスタッフは挨拶もなくツーンとしていた。自分もゲストハウスに泊まるのは流石に無謀だったと反省している。

舒適的地方

環境很乾淨舒適，有桑拿房十分有趣（天氣寒冷，記得在淋浴前先預熱桑拿房！）人員十分親切，11:00-18:00販售的餐廳咖喱超級美味（番茄基底的咖喱）如果再去一次洞爺湖非常期待再次入住～

I love The Toya

這是一間餐廳，也是民宿。在一片超貴的旅館中，有這間便宜的價格真是太棒了！工作人員都很友善，填問卷還有折價券供點餐使用～民宿旁邊就是供客人使用的停車場。

50대 부부입니다. 2인실 호스텔이용은 처음이었는데,깨끗하고 침구도 쾌적하고 좋았습니다. 공용화장실과 샤워실도 깨끗하고 편리하게 관리되고 있었고,전체적인 분위기가 아늑하고 좋습니다. 건식사우나도 신청하면 바로 할 수 있게 해주시고,무척 친절했습니다. 다음에 또 도야코에 간다면 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.
