Great value for money and nice area. Diego on the front desk was amazing help with early check after long flights from the UK. Dominique at roof top was good fun and very good service. The roof top area is very nice. Breakfast was good and staff nice also. Would recommend if staying in Foz do Iguazo

Hotel super bem localizado, com funcionários super educados e prestativos. Quarto de bom tamanho e bem confortável. Café da Manhã muito bom e com reposição constante. Estacionamento grátis. Única observação vai para a iluminação do banheiro que poderia ser melhor, achamos um pouco escuro. Voltarei no futuro ao Del Rey.

Achei tudo mt bom, com ótimo custo benefício, tudo limpinho, as instalações são novas/reformadas, café da manhã bom com bastante variedade até, tem estacionamento incluso na diária se precisar e os funcionários são todos muito cordiais. É bem localizado também, dá pra ir no centrinho a pé, passar na feirinha Iguaçu (ótimo local pra comprar souvenirs), etc.

Não seria um hotel que voltaríamos.

Prós: A equipe do hotel é muito boa, sempre prontos a ajudar e a localização também é muito boa. O hotel também conta com uma área de apoio ao hóspede, com água filtrada, microondas e ferro de passar e achamos isso muito bom. Café da manhã é incrível. Contras: Infelizmente o hotel não é um lugar silencioso, sempre tem muito barulho e as instalações precisam de reforma. O box do banheiro estava com vazamento e a área do banheiro sempre ficava muito molhada, o chuveiro tem que trocar também, pois é muito desconfortável, a água bate na gente que parece estamos levando uma surra. E a minha diária ainda não havia terminado e simplesmente cortaram a água do nosso quarto, achei uma tremenda deselegância e falta de respeito. Essa é a nossa segunda vez em Foz e pelo menos com o Del Rey não tivemos uma experiência muito boa.
