They Have a Language and Service Issue Problem.
I have Good and Bad to say about the hotel, they really messed it up the last day when I was leaving for the airport.
GOOD - Regardless of the reports on hotels.com the place Was Clean. Everything worked ok in my room however again water pressure in the shower was not that good. Breakfast buffet included was ample unfortunately mostly the same thing everyday.
BAD - My Associates room AC broke down the second day and had to change rooms, in the new room the refrigerator did not work and had to be changed. Language is an issue, the main staff does not have a grasp of English. Buffet outside of breakfast is not very good. The other restaurant on premises "ALHABAR" ok but Do Not order steak there (awful). Do Not order a beer at the beach kiosk, $37.oo for 2 Stella Artois draft which were not that cold. This hotel caters to RUSSIANS, 90% of people are Russians (which was a surprise) which are not that "cultured". Last day when leaving I asked for a Taxi 1 hour before leaving with reception, they never arranged it (taxi to airport was 45AED). It was such a mess what they did I had to order a UBER which cost me 80AED. The one hotel person which spoke good English was Mr. Sharafatah the Manager and he was helpful. Also, Daniel at the tourist desk is nice and helpful. One last thing, this hotel is far from EVERYTHING and UBER & Taxi's have problems finding it. By the way the beach was very nice similar to Ft. Myers Florida beach.
