Absolutely amazing hotel to stay in, the staff honestly are a credit to the company, I stayed alone for 3 nights back in Nov and had to return a week later with my family as my father was end of life, we arrived to the hotel at 2am with a toddler in tow and the staff were simply the loviest helping us park in a very full car park so we didn’t have to park off site, were very compassionate and said If they could help with anything they would. They saw my partner and little one walking around over the next few days and went and got little one a sand which and snacks. Breakfast was lovely a great array of choice and very helpful with ordering veggie sausages, plenty of choice of breads and hot drinks also. We didn’t eat off the main menu but it looked and sounded lovely from what we saw.
I booked this hotel as I loved it the first stay so booked again, sadly they don’t do family rooms so that means 2 rooms being paid for but to be honest I’m happy to do that if it menas staying somewhere so nice x
