Big room for Japan. Very clean and very thorough cleaning every day. Staff were very friendly and super helpful. Check in /check out quick and efficient. Great location with Sapporo station 5 minutes walk away and main shopping area about 15 minutes walk.

I originally booked Keio Plaza Sapporo for its convenience, especially for catching the JR train to the airport on my last day. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable the hotel was. The staff were also very helpful throughout my stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapporo.

Exceptionally courteous staff assisted us with our needs. We liked the hotel being a 5 minute walk to Sapporo station, and we also took an advantage of guest parking on site for daily fee. We enjoyed a double bed room which was very spacious. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we had during our Japan vacation.
