The floor in the room was so dirty your feet turned black from walking around, the spa was usually half full (they must have had a leak) and dirty and the swimming pool was dirty most of our 6 day visit, the hotel grounds were not maintained very well mulch beds were washed out (no mulch) and plantings looked pretty much dead. And the room keys deactivated frequently. Won't go back!

Dirty, kitchen is horrible, rusted to the core, even their pots and pans. Musty smell. PARKING IS $10 a night! Clean up is after 2pm. Bird poop all over balcony. Bugs in kitchen. Customer service is so unfriendly. It’s very pathetic. I know a place not to go to next time I visit.

I really enjoyed my stay here but the only reason I give it a 4 star is because I requested for room service to come back to change my sheets (they came while I was still sleeping) and after notifying the front desk, nobody came back to the room and change the sheets. Overall, our room had a great ocean view of the beach and it was conveniently located near restaurants and stores. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. I will come back!

I had a great stay at the Nautilus Inn. The beach view from the room was fantastic. The bed was nice and the seating was comfortable. The hotel is somewhat removed from the main area so there wasn't much road noise to deal with.

We had a lovely spacious room overlooking the beach. The room was clean. The beds are very firm. The kitchen could be better appointed as there were no many dishes or utensils. The staff were nice and helpful. We have been here many times and plan to return soon. This hotel does need some cosmetic work and upgrades. Our bathroom had black mold in the bathroom and the sink was cracked.

The hotel and rooms were very clean. Great location!!! Able to walk to the Boardwalk and other active areas. Daily housekeeping was a pleasant surprise. Bathroom was a little small and dated but the ocean view, spacious room and full kitchen defintely made up for it. Pool was clean and a good amount of lounge chairs and seating space to socialize. If in the area again, I will definitely stay here again.

Not what it used to be. This hotel has been a long time favorite of ours. We have been staying there twice a year on average. We weathered hurricane Ian, liked the kitchenette durring covid, etc. Before covid they had a decent breakfast that never came back, room house keeping is hit and miss (you are told to leave yourdirty towelsand garbage outsideyourroom and it will be removed), they now are charging for parking just because they can, the gentleman front desks basically blew off our concerns about fireworks being shot off from the parkinglot and beach, etc. The hotel is still kept clean over all and continue to update rooms, most of the staff are extremely nice and helpful. We will still likely continue to stay here but will shop around before blindly booking this hotel as our go to.

It was a perfect place to stay from registering in to when we exit. The room was immaculately clean and very quiet and had a beautiful view of the ocean and pool area. The kitchen was just a plus with a full-size refrigerator stove, microwave and again so clean definitely will be staying there again.
