The lady in the reception was very kind to welcome us and catered our needs. We had a very nice view of the balcony and our room had a pantry which was surprisingly complete of appliances and was quite useful as the shops/restaurants in the area were mostly closed during our stay. We cleaned the room upon leaving so they didn't charge us extra. It was easy to book a taxi going to the train station through the reception and the taxi arrived immediately. Overall, we had a great stay.

Check in and out was very easy. The young lady on reception apologised for her English but I was rubbish at French. The room was easy to access as I’m less able than most. It was a little tired looking but it was comfortable. It was well equipped with dishwasher/electric hob/microwave/fridge/electric radiators plus all the utensils required (we had an apartment room). The breakfast was the usual fare and adequate. Being January the pool wasn’t open but I can imagine it being a great asset to the property. Although near to the road into Lourdes, you can’t hear it from where we were stopping (block A). There is a laundry room costing €5.50 for the washer and another €3.00 for the dryer. We travel with our dog. He was able to stay at the property for a small fee per night but wasn’t able to go anywhere else other then our room. If we wanted to eat with him it would be outside near the pool.

The hotel was clean and quiet, with a swimming pool. The kitchen was well-equipped — nothing was missing. The elevator is definitely a plus. I didn't pay extra for breakfast, but I found the price a bit too high. The only small downside was that we ran out of toilet paper after three nights — it was restocked on the fourth day.

Hôtel was rundown with no air conditioning. Room and bathroom were not what you would expect in a typical hotel. Lots of long-term tenants with their laundry hanging in the balconies. The surrounding did not feel very safe and we ended up moving to another hotel that same night we checked in.
