Check in was easy and he was very friendly. Rooms were nice and clean and you could tell they made a great effort in keeping the property looking nice. Internet was decent, but it did cut in and out a lot. Breakfast was a joke. I saw other reviews about a nice selection, that was not the case while we were there for 3 nights. They had packaged danish, muffins and cereal. I guess we were spoiled at other establishments and when we see free breakfast we expect a little more. Overall a nice place to stay.

We were on the 2nd floor. No elevator. Rooms were very nice and comfortable. There was no staff on duty. We had a late check in (after 11pm) and there was a notice on the door with the number of the hotel across the street to call if anything was needed. Only waited about 5 minutes for someone to come across to open the registration front door to get us checked in. She was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience.

I stayed at this same location a year ago when it was Knight's Inn. The rooms are clean and comfortable (the mattress was a little firmer than I prefer but that's more of a preference thing). The staff was polite. Could use a little better water pressure for the shower. The continental breakfast is basically what it is: Packaged pastries and cereal. But, for the price, absolutely no complaints. All I needed was a quiet, comfortable room which is exactly what I got. I definitely recommend for anyone who isn't looking for luxury suites.

Worst hotel stay ever

It started bad. We had requested a handicap room. Did not get it. Breakfast sucked. Wednesday morning at 4:22am the vanity mirror fell off the wall. Crashing to the floor. No one at desk so waited until morning to report it. We were promised new mirror or move us to a new room. Well nothing happened. Beds weren’t made. Towels not refreshed. Front desk person had no idea of our problems. We stayed 4 nights and never made beds I had to get towels from the desk myself. Manager was supposed to co tact us. Never did. We will never stay at a super 8 again

We reserved this hotel for my daughter and a friend, we received confirmations and our credit card was charged. At check in My daughter was told that Orbitz never paid the hotel, so it was my daughter‘s problem. They also indicated that homeless kids like her were trying to cheat the system accused her of scamming I talked to them and another employee, but at the end of it all, I had to talk to Orbitz. Orbitz refunded the initial charge, and the higher charge to my daughter remained. If this hotel doesn’t want to work with Orbitz and doesn’t want to resolve billing issues with them, they should stop taking reservations. Will not stay here again. We were treated like criminals.
