John made check in seamless. He was kind and offered assistance with whatever we asked. However, the hotel was not full and we were placed in room 402, the farthest/highest corner of the building and we had neighbors who banged several times on the wall. We were not noisy either.
This was not our favorite Fairfield. They had new carpet that was very nice (kind of plush), but the room had a strange smell, the bathroom fan was covered in dust, the coffee maker was a cheesy one, the lamps were quite dated and outlets were lacking. The window screen was ripped and the frame wasn't fitting into the window frame. The TV was hard to figure out. We did not try the breakfast.
Overall, the stay wasn't bad, but the property paled in comparison to our previous stay at a Fairfield.
