Not comfortable. Staff was delightful.

Handicapped accessible was exactly what we needed but the beds were very uncomfortable and the 2nd bedroom in the suite would not cool down at all. The A/C struggled to make the other rooms cool but that bedroom was like 80 the whole time. Hotel is currently under construction but room was renovated already.

Trouble

Iam writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the conditions were unacceptable and caused significant distress during what was supposed to be a family vacation. •we arrived late and we were tried we went to bad without checking but in the Morning we found cockroaches in our room, which was extremely unhygienic. • The air conditioner made loud, disturbing noises throughout the night, preventing us from getting proper rest. • We showed the pictures of cockroach, they had changed our room due to the cockroach issue. • The lobby was under construction, and the main hall had frogs inside, which was shocking and unsanitary. • On the last morning, one of my sons became ill after breakfast with a stomach ache, which raised serious concerns about food safety. This experience turned our vacation into a stressful and unpleasant situation. We strongly believe a refund is appropriate under these circumstances. Note: I was not able to upload the video, I recorded all the videos

When we checked attendant was at desk, check in was fast. First room was kinda hot, when I went to adjust ac carpet was wet. Moved us to another room, room was clean and cold and carpet was dry. No parking was available when we got back to room to sleep overnight. Hotel Should have note it on line that hotel was under construction would have not picked this location.

Everything wrong since we checked in, nobody was at the lobby, housekeeping didn’t clean the room just put towels in the bathroom, all faucets loose (bathtub, sink, and sink at the kitchen was clogged even the toilet was loose jajajjaja believe it or not!!!! Also hotel was under construction first floor, so plz do not stay here!!!!

Great stay

The hotel is undergoing renovations but the room was very nice and bed very comfortable with good quality linen as one comes to expect of a Hilton Hotel. Breakfast had great variety to chose from.

Nice place, terrible doors

The hotel was under renovation when we went. I hope that some of the issues will be rectified by the time the renovation is complete. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the check-in process was quick and easy. My only complaint is the fitment of the doors in the room. I don't think the deadbolt on the front door latched (although the secondary locking lever worked fine). The bathroom door was an INCREDIBLY tight fit. You had to shove it closed, and then were completely unable to open it from the inside. If you tried to pull hard, the doorknob started to come off. Thankly, we stayed with friends who were able to shove the door open from the outside, or somebody would've gotten trapped inside.

At check-in they did not have the requested room available...it was on the floor being remodeled. Next two tries with key cards and door wouldn't open...hot in the hallway...given another room. Room was as okay, soft bed...really soft. Breakfast was very poor. Will not use this hotel again.

I understand that each property needs to assist their customers to the best of their ability, but allowing multiple trailers take over the parking lot is unacceptable. Other customers pay the same price with the understanding of taking only one parking space. This property should reconsider its parking lot policy.
