We were very late coming in, it was close to 12:30am when we checked in and the guy at the front desk was great! Our room was very clean and the a/c worked good. The bed was comfortable and we were very pleased with our stay. We just stayed one night, but for the price, you can’t beat it!

I loved this place. However, there is no beach at this property, well, only 2 feet of sand between the property wall and the water. But you can access the public beach within 11 minutes, if no traffic.

Bed mattresses are worn. So worn, I woke up with a terrible back pain I've never experienced, and which make my trip miserable as my back hurt the whole time. I also tripped over the step going into the room because it's severely pronounced and not your standard step. A sign should be present announcing to watch your step.

We had a room at the end that overlooked the marina!!! It was a beautiful and spacious room!!! It was very clean!!! The staff was amazing!!! There are places to eat and shop that are close. The beach is about a mile away!!! It was a great place to stay and I would stay there again!!!

I went during spring break so I am sure many people lie about the number of people in their party, but I was told at checkout multiple times ai would be charged $250 extra for people, pets and smoking..since I booked a non smoking room I thought that would be a no brainer. The gentleman that signed me in charged me twice and I had to have them cancel one charge. There is a live band in the restaurant next door that plays until 11pm/12am so if you are wanting to party I guess this is the place for you. I had to call the police to do a noise complaint per the front desk. The room was clean, but didn’t smell very nice ( sprayed my car freshener). The microwave and fridge were nice size and ice machine worked well. Good budget hotel for sure.

Always a good stay, the young lady at the desk always remembers me because of my Shiva Tatoo lol. Best place to stay in that area. Great owners, comfy beds, clean and superb pricing! Other hotels in the area should follow the examples set by the Seabreeze in crew!
