Overall hotel is reasonably good, staff friendly and breakfast is ok. Location is good nearby tube station and St. Pancras station

Værelset var beskidt, sengen havde lækre klatter ned af siden; lignede nogen havde kastet op ned af den. Lagen og sengetøj var plettet. Man kunne mærke fjedrene i madrassen. Der manglede sæbe og håndservietter på toilettet. Standen var generelt virkelig ringe.

Alguns detalhes primeiro. Negativo: Não são todos os quartos que tem banheiro, você precisar especificar que quer um e torcer para que esteja disponível. O aquedecedor do nosso quarto estava quebrado e durante a noite ele fazia um barulho que dava para ouvir da recepção. Ainda bem que foram só três noites. Quando chegamos no quarto depois da primeira noite no hotel, chegamos e vimos o quarto "arrumado". Minha cama não estava arrumada direito, então não teve muito carinho. O banheiro estava vol pouco papel higiênico e eles não repuseram quando foram "arrumar". Positivo: A localização é otima. Fica na rua do Museu Britânico (500 metros), no final da rua (se não tiver ninguem idoso com você), é na rua da Forbidden Planet (famosa loja de cultura geek e conhecida mundialmente) e mais para frente tem o trafagal squate, national gallery e big ben. E a estadia fica em frente a livraria Waterstone. As pessoas que trabalham lá foram muito arenciosas e respeitosas, pedimos um quarto quadruplo com bamheiro privativo e eles nos entregaram. Eu também havia pedido para trocar as roupas de cama e restituir o papel higiênico e logo foram feitos. Quandl informei sobre o problema no aquecedor, logo, a maioria dos funcionarios ficaram sabendo. Mas mesmo assim perdi duas noites de sono por causa do barulho... Se você viaja sozinho ou com amigos, é um lugar "econômico", comparado a outros, que quebra um galho. Os funcionarios sao gentis. Mas não aconselho para viagem em família.

Basic small room at very good location

It's a great location for staying in central London within a short distance to the tube, buses, and shopping. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The room was beyond basic and very small. The shared bathroom may not be for everyone. Beds were clean and comfortable. We spent little time in the hotel, so it was OK. Otherwise, I would have rethought my choice.

You get what you pay for with the rooms. They need a bit sprucing up and the beds needs updating. Besides that, rooms were very clean and came with everything you need for the weekend. The TV with Netflix was a godsend for a tired child at the end of the day! Transport links are near the hotel are great! Theres multiple underground stations only a few minute walks away that take you right up the landmarks, the west end etc in minutes. Hotel was quiet and even outside was silent at night which i found surprising as we stayed the weekend all the new uni students moved in down the street. Not a sound and I had the window open. The shared bathroom is extremely clean and semsbto be restocked and cleaned down frquently. The breakfast was lovely, its was my family's favourite part of the stay! Staff let us leave our bags after we checked out as well so we could explore London more before our coach came. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The only thing that made me uncomfortable with this hotel was that while we were out the maids had let themselves into our room too refill the teas, coffee and biscuits without our knowledge. We didn't leave the hanger on the door asking them to do so. We found that they had folded all our belongings up and tided all our clothes into our suitcases. This may seem nice but, to us it felt like an invasion of privacy. We had left alot of our belongings out.
