Great hotel in a central location. Very welcoming reception staff and comfortable, clean room. Perfect location for all the main sights in Florence, with all being reachable on foot. We travels to Florence by train, from Piza and the walk to the hotel was straightforward and only around 1km (20 mins) walk.

Very friendly small hotel, in a good location with comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. We stayed in a family room which was spacious, comfortable and suited us perfectly. Our room was beautiful but when we took a shower, the drain was clogged and flooded the whole bathroom. When we called the front desk, they weren’t surprised and said oh yes the shower in that room does flood. We will bring you some towels. They should have notified us when we checked in.
