The property is magical. Staff was so friendly and accommodating to all our requests. I was proposing my best friend in Turks and Caicos and they were so supportive. I would definitely come back, great views and access to the beach.

Excellent resort! Staff was so friendly and extremely helpful with anything we needed. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The location is great near excellent restaurants and I loved the free breakfast every morning and the use of any non motorized activities. Beach area is amazing! One of our best vacations ever!! A melhor escolha para Turcs and Caicos! :)

Só fiquem aqui! :) O West Bay Club é perfeito. Melhor custo benefício da região. É um hotel de excelente estrutura física, não muito grande, com excelente bom gosto, pé na areia e excelente serviços. Fica longe do lado mais agitado de Grace Bay, o que é perfeito, para ter uma praia com longo espaço de areia, e mesmo assim a uma distância de poucos passos do coral para snorkel. Fica ao lado de um outro excelente hotel, mas mais moderno e muito mais caro. Mesmo assim, eu escolheria novamente o West Bay por conservar uma decoração e clima de um Caribe elegante. Excelente serviço de praia, snorkel, nadadeiras, stand-up e o café da manhã, apesar do estilo americano, é de excelente qualidade. Amamos os mimos na chegada.

Very nice hotel…the room was fully serviced with kitchen setup. The hotel bar and breakfast was perfect the pool and beach was a plus direct access and beautiful sand with lounge chairs and all… The turn down service was my favorite… the only downside was no full body mirror available in the room. However my sister’s room was equipped with one… overall the stay the staff… especially our housekeeper she was excellent… attentive and courteous… will definitely return…

I always thought that Turks and Caicos would be rich for what it cost, instead it’s very very poor except for the few resorts and 1 supermarket. The hotel was okay, the room a bit outdated. The beach was nice but not as nice as close to the Ritz. The guy at the front desk was fun and nice but the rest of them not so much mostly not at the bar. I find it crazy that we had to wait in line to get a table for breakfast, it’s not that hard to put unless five more tables for the price that you charge the stay. Also put more servers for breakfast as for one isn’t easy and luck in the service. Very quiet resort with no entretainment.

Family Trip

We had a fabulous time. Our room was not ready we waited about an hour 20 minutes but they comped lunch for us while we waited but then we could not get a late check out. Everyone greeted us very kindly, housekeeping came by every day. I would have liked more restaurants on the property. It also gets expensive with all of the taxi rides you may want to rent a car but it would also be nice if the resort had a designated shuttle for the grocery store and local shopping. Lastly, it would have been nice not for a full gift shop but a small room where you could access Tylenol or tums, etc. Overall great trip! The water and beach is amazing and it wasn’t super crowded which we loved!

This property was very small, quiet, and well kept Our 1 bedroom was very nice and spacoius. Most of the staff were very friendly with the exception of a few. The front desk was helpful with whatever we needed. The breakfast was good and the cheesy grits were excellent. The beach was clean and a lounge chair was always avaliable. The only downside is that the property is further away from the downtown area,

The staff here is very acknowledge, also very helpful, the rooms are super clean. The cleaning staff if very very good. The breakfast staff is very good and helps you get what you need. No problem. The pool was dirty until my wife called. Then the lifeguard clean it up after 30 min. The area is very clean.

Beautiful facilities, excellent service. The rooms are comfortable and modern, with everything needed to enjoy a wonderful vacation. The food and service are good. We felt like at home, enjoying the peaceful surroundings and lush vegetation.

Our stay at West Bay Club was great. Our room was large with strong air conditioning. The beach is the best part of the location. It’s so beautiful and a bit quieter and less populated than the other resorts a bit further down. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was delicious! Would definitely return and recommend.

My wife and both daughters (19 & 13) had a wonderful time at The West Bay Club. We’ve found a resort and to be honest, we don’t want to look elsewhere. Sure, other resorts may have all-inclusive, more nightlife, etc. But for us, we didn’t want all that, making this such a perfect resort. The beach - OMG! If you don’t find this beach amazing, the problem perhaps belongs with you. Staff was great and were just genuine people. Dining was good - just wish they rotated the menu a bit. Other dining locations are limited on resort, but we took a couple sweet walks along the beach to other resort restaurants and enjoyed them as well. Overall - 10/10 stay and I cannot stress how much we desire to get back to TWBC! Thank you for a perfect and memorable family vacation!

Fantastic Place to relax. Not crowded.. spacious and well maintained property. We are glad we went here. Only downside is Turks and Caicos is an expensive island but West Bay Cliv hands a great place to stay.
