This is a private business accommodation.
We made a reservation one month in advance, but upon arrival we were informed that due to a staff mistake, there were no available rooms—not only at the property we booked, but supposedly throughout the entire Grand World area.
We were traveling with two children and had nowhere else to go, which put us in a very distressing situation.
