Staff was very nice, and helpful. However, the room wasn’t the greatest. There was blood on the door (outside), which was concerning. The room set up is decent, though the shower doesn’t have a closing door so the water ends up on the floor. The pillows were quite lumpy, so if that matters to you like it does for us, I would recommend bringing your own. They definitely don’t splurge on pillows and they’re your classic cotton fill instead of a nice plush down fill. Finally, the TV had cable which we appreciated. But the remote had a Netflix button that didn’t work, so our options were limited. Overall, this hotel did the trick for a night but I definitely wouldn’t stay for longer. I expect better from a Marriott brand.
