I can't say enough wonderful things about my stay here. The room was absolutely charming, with a king bed, jacuzzi tub, and a balcony with the spectacular river view. The complimentary breakfast served was a full, real country breakfast and delicious. Every staff member I met was more than gracious, kind, and hospitable-- each of them made my visit even more of a delight. Dinner at the restaurant was perfection: from the incredible views, the perfectly cooked steak, the (highly recommended) pot roast and potatoes with gravy, to the giant pretzel appetizer, the key lime pie, and the impeccable service, everything was fabulous. Even the hostess won me over with her thoughtfulness. The bourbon bar was an added bonus! 5 stars! I can't wait to come back.

We arrived late, 1:30 am, the staff met us got us all checked in and even insisted that they make us something to eat and delivered it to our room. AJ was very helpful and made us feel at home. We will be back and spend more time in the delightful Inn and town.

Comfortable Clean Stay

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at the Damascus Old Mill Inn. The property is in a very scenic location, and very close to restaurants and trails. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The towels were great, so thick and fresh smelling! Breakfast was also very good, and the lady in charge of breakfast was super sweet. We would definitely stay again.

Where to begin? First off the staff, Michelle and Phillip, were awesome. We were getting late on NYE and not only were they okay but Michelle even called to check on us knowing we were driving in late. Upon arrival Phillip made us feel welcome and at home. Showed us a beautiful and very clean room. The in room amenities were well stocked and all clean. The bar downstairs had a very marvelous bourbon selection. Had one of the best old fashioned ive ever had. Do not miss breakfast. At least not here you will not be disappointed.

Friendliest staff!

We called to let them know we'd be arriving after 9:00 p.m., which they said was fine, but the kitchen stopped taking orders at 9:00. The front desk offered to take our order and put it in for us. The timing was perfect, and we had hot, fresh food shortly after we arrived. The breakfast buffet was very good, with the blueberry muffins the hit of the party. We had a little dog that they were very kind to.

Stayed for one night while in town. An event had staff overwhelmed and check in was chaotic. Room was decent but AC wasn’t working properly. This was probably the reason for the window being left open? Breakfast was great and the lady working the kitchen was super friendly. Would consider going back but for the price and accommodations, it wouldn’t be our first pick.
