Our room had an amazing view of the cute, old town and the mountains. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The bathroom and toilet were outside the room, and we were provided with keys. It was actually quite nice not having them in the room. It is located in the old town, very close to the Christmas market along the canal. We really enjoyed our stay during Christmas.

Rooms are small but nice, no AC but was fine with open windows at night. Awesome view from the room and terrace, and convenient location - old town is right at the bottom of the hill and the lake is a few mins walk away.

Gorgeous view from our room! While it's a bit of a hill to get to the hotel, it's a short walk down to the shopping, restaurants, and the lake. It rained quite a bit when we were there, so we didn't get to enjoy it, but there's a great deck that would be wonderful for a picnic. Loved our stay here!

The location to the Old Town part of ANNECY is the best! It's at the top of a hill right above all the restaurants and shops. The room we had was cute and quaint. Be careful of the steep stairs though. The staff were fairly nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Very friendly hosts. We were directly offered a save garage for our Motorbikes, They gave us very good recommendations for dinner restaurants. I came there twice and had always a warm welcome.
