Lovely property, great rooftop pool. The only let down was the food service at the pool as well as the food itself and the attendance at the hotel entrance - no greeting or assistance with cars/taxis. I expected better from the Dorchester collection.

Despite the best efforts of some individuals, there seemed to be a noticeable lack of direction and management. The atmosphere carried a strong “new money” vibe, which may not appeal to those seeking understated elegance and true hospitality!
