Week in zadar

From the minute we walked through the door until the time we left all the staff and owner made you feel so welcome. The hotel was spotless the pool area was beautiful everything was just how we liked things to be. The hotel is only a few minuets to the beach where there are beach bars and a short walk (about 15 minutes) to Zadar old town which is very beautiful

Shana at the front desk is amazing. She is kind and patient and got us all sorted out. If all hotels had a Shana traveling would be so much less stressful :) Also the hotel itself is clean, bright with free parking and a delicious breakfast. 15min walk to the historic downtown.

Nice boutique hotel, short walk to Old Town

A recently renovated hotel, 15 mins walk south of Old Town Zadar. The hotel itself is in great condition. The service from the staff was excellent. The breakfast choices are great- either buffet or special eggs / omelet. The only thing missing was an espresso machine. You would have to order and pay extra for espresso drinks. We had a day trip to Krka Falls - the staff recommended Blue Mar for the private transfer (terrific). They packed breakfast for us since we had to leave at 7 am to make the 8 am boat. The hotel is not in an upscale part of town. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent. We had a party of six- our favorites were the Tagliatelle with Bolognese sauce, Tagliatelle with mussels, steak, and Grill for Two. Desserts were excellent The owners are friendly. We were glad to support this boutique hotel

This was my third visit to hotel Miramare in relativley short period during March and April, because of the nature of my profession. They are my first choise when I am in Zadar. Stuff is professional and friendly, rooms are comfortable and clean, food in their restaurant is traditionaly good. Thank you and see you next time. Regards

Long weekend Zadar

Had a terrific stay here. Only marked down from 5 to 4 stars overall as one side of hotel and restaurant overlooks a main road. Staff reallly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. We broke our own rule of not eating in at the hotel one evening, and dinner (steak and tagilata) was fantastic. Easy access to beach and some great restaurants (2 mins walk) and Fosa dock (15 mins walk) where we got a boat trip from.

This is a very nice hotel, but during our stay the air conditioning system was not working so our room was very warm - near 25 C. Breakfast was good, and we had dinner there one night which was very good.

Lovely Facility with Ops Issues

Very nicely conceived hotel - nice quality of finishes and above average design. However - at 9 PM my room was 25 degrees and on the bed was a blanket that I would use to sleep outdoors in 10 degree weather. 90% humidity outside maybe 15 degrees. I went to the front desk and was told that the previous day they had switched the system from cooling to heating ?? WHAT ??? Are you using a1950 one pipe system with a water chiller that takes 3 days to swing temps ? Either the developers accepted a seriously inappropriate system, or they dont know how to properly run their HVAC. Kudos to the night manager who gave me another room at 11PM so I could at least get some sleep.

O recepcionista e os atendentes do restaurante e café da manhã foram muito atenciosos. O café da manhã era excelente com opções de prato feito sob demanda. Ponto a ser melhorado é que não havia porta no box do banheiro então molhava bastante o banheiro. O ar condicionado também não tinha opção de escolher a temperatura.. só o nivel. Então em alguns casos não gelava muito.
