The room was a disgrace. A tiny, tiny room with a cupboard up high in the wall, not a room with a wardrobe like shown in the pictures for the room booking. The bath room was so small I could hardly get into it. There was a step up from the room to the bathroom, another step up to the basin and then another one to the toilet. It was impossible to sit straight on the toilet because your legs hit the wall in front. I do not understand how this rooms is legal. The shower was a cubicle in the corner with multiple sliding sections. Some were broken. There was brown stuff sitting in the shower drain and stains on the shower cubicle floor. The shower did not drain properly. The water built up in the cubicle. The room was nothing like what they and Hotels.com advertise on their websites. I stayed one night only because it was so late when I arrived I had no option to find other accommodation. I paid for 4 nights. The hotel would not refund my money and Hotels.com couldn't care less either. The hotel even put through to Hotels.com and messaged me that they cancelled the booking. No they didn't. I LEFT THE HOTEL because it was so terrible.
