La Srta. Daniela nos dio un excelente servicio, es una persona muy cálida. En general es un lugar bastante cómodo y accesible, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de descanso, solamente que hubo un día que no tuvimos agua caliente pero fuera de eso excelente.

El peor hotel , está horrible y caro para lo q es

Todo horrible. El hotel está viejísimo, muy sucio, no tienen personal para atender . Hay dos chicas muy mal encaradas , que hacen como que no te escuchan , que son las únicas que hay en el hotel. Ellas atienden la recepción, el área de la alberca , hacen los cuartos , abren el portón. No hay toallas para el área de la alberca , y las que nos consiguieron estaban todas rotas y sucias. No habia luz en uno de los cuartos, el aire aconcidionado de un cuarto no echaba nada de aire, en el otro cuarto había jn ventilador , no había agua caliente . No había bote de basura , las sábanas rotas y sucias . Las camas y almohadas horrendas. La regadera toda manchada y sucia. El baño tapado .

El primer día salí a comer fuera de la propiedad. Cuando regresé, aproximadamente 9:00 PM, está se encontraba cerrada y por más que tocamos no nos habrían. Pensamos que ya nos quedaríamos afuera. Habrán pasado unos 30 minutos para que nos abrieran el portón y pudiéramos pasar a descansar.. su argumento fue que casualmente llegué cuando el portero había cambiado de turno y que el de la noche no había llegado.. 🙄. terrible

Observaciones

Le faltan detalles a las instalaciones por ejemplo: mantenimiento, botes de basura en la habitacion, no nos dieron la clave de internet, nuestra cerradura de la habitación no cerraba por dentro y nos tuvimos que dormir con la puerta emparejada, la cama estaba incomoda.
