Room was beautiful and in a great spot in Paris. We were staying for one night at Yuna as we had an early flight on the next morning. We chose this place because they had 24/7 assistance. Unfortunately, our experience was not good. We got into our appartment and the heat was way too high. We contacted them on what’s app and it took a while before their AI assistant put us through a human. When we finally reached a someone, the person was nice but did not solve the problem. The only solution was to send someone the next day, which was useless because we had an early flight. The next day, we left and asked to be compensated. They eventually compensated us less than 1/3 of our stay stating that is was more then generous considering that they have taxes and platform fees, and that the person we spoke to was new and they did not give us the right information (both items out of our control and related to THEIR business decision). Anyways, save yourselves the trouble and book elsewhere… yes the room was beautiful, but not worth the trouble we had.
